- The website provides an online location for approved vendors to sell and customers, service users, and external buyers to purchase products;
- Megacare online is not a party to the transaction between the vendor and the purchaser, and you must read and agree to the contract agreement for any vendor you chose to purchase any relevant product or products.
- Subject to these general terms and conditions the vendor’s terms of business engagement shall govern the contract for sale and purchase between the purchaser and the vendor which will be clearly outlined in all relevant sections.
- We assure that the price for a product will be clearly shown in the relevant product listing.
- The product price will also include all taxes (will be clearly outlined upon product checkout) and comply with applicable governing laws.
- Purchasers must consider all applicable charges such as packaging and delivery charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, and others (if needed) which will be clear upon product checkout.
- Return & Exchange Policy (Megacare online).
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered and opened, used, or taken out of its original inner packaging.
However, in an extremely rare case where the wrong order is delivered or the order is damaged upon receipt, customers can opt for either returning the order in exchange for the correct order or returning the order for a full refund as the case may be. In both cases, customers must inform us instantly via email within 48 hours and return the order within 7 days of receiving it.
Please take note, products such as drugs, cosmetics, and food products should be treated as ‘emergencies’ and with ‘high priority’ in such extremely rare cases. Customers must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
